-INEQUALITIES Mathematical and Algebraic

Just as Expressions (Equalities) are used to solve various math problems, some problems have a range (Multiple Values) for their solution.

The answer is often displayed on a number-line.
Greater Than: >
Greater than or Equal to 
Less Than: < (Points to the Left or Smaller Value)
Less than or Equal to 
Not Equal: <> 

When the Variable is on the LEFT, the arrow on the number line point in the direction of the operation:
If the variable is on the RIGHT, Flip the Inequality.
20 < a becomes:  a > 20

YOU SOLVE INEQUALITIES JUST AS YOU SOLVE EXPRESSION WITHONE LITTLE TWIST.
When you divide by a Negative Coeffect, you switch the direction of the Inequality.
-5a > 20 becomes -5a/-5 < 20/-5.  This make the variable 'a' positive:  a < -4
